In MA  and on major numbered highways with at least 500 feet of street frontage and minimium of 100,000 SF or about 2.5 acres. Prefer with municipal water and sewer. Traffic Count of 20,000 ADT.No streams, brooks, or wetlands! Must be zoned retail or commercial.

CLIENT B

Wants up to 75 to 125 acres of developable land near a major clover-leaf or hgihways. Must be in area of high and updscale demographics.  Must be zoned commercial.
