Bill McInerney has had over 35 years of successful sales experience in commercial and investment real estate in NYC, NH and northeastern, Massachusetts.

In his career he has successfully marketed and sold  and leased well over 10 Million Square feet of gross building area.  His sales have been of  Textile Mill Properties, Industrial Buildings, R&D Facilities, Warehouses, Cold Storage Plants, Drug Stores, Automotive Properties, Shopping Centers, Strip Centers,  Rail Sidetracks, Retail Buildings, Fast Food Buildings, Land, Chemical Plants, Oil Storage Facilities, Subdivisions, Towers,  Apartment Buildings, Office Building, Office Condos, Flex Use Buildings, Store Blocks, Small Income Properties, and Billboards.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND

During his career, and  for several years, he managed a 930,000 SF older textile mill property and help to convert it from a single use facility to a multi tenant building. Within 36 months  the property was 84% occupied. This  circa 1840 mill complex generated electrical power from several water wheels and generated and sold live-steam to tenants and neighboring industrial buildings.

Bill McInerney, working for the Trustee of the US Bankruptcy Court- Boston, successfully managed and turned around an "apartment complex " contaning 240 units in Haverhill, MA.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS QUALIFICATION

Aftter Boston University's School of Public Relations and Communications, Bill McInerney was a Public Information Specialist, for several years, with the US Army in France.

There he wrote for the Army Times, Army in and Stars and Stripes publications.   He also published articles in both the European and US press. 

After active military service Bill McInerney remained active in Public Relations and Marketing Communications and work for many Massachusetts elected officials and private and public firm including Warner Communications, Old Colony Communication, Rite Media and others.

Bill McInerney also took many classes in graphic design with the Massachusetts College of Art- Boston.

MILITARY BACKGOUND

Bill McInerney is a veteran of the US Army and served on active duty during the Berlin, Cuban and Algerian Crisis while stationin France during the Viet Nam era. He was a Public Information Specialist and was awarded with many citation and the Army Commendation Medal. After active service he served for several  years with the US Army Reserves, 184th Infantry Brigade,  Boston, MA.
